Slättö Value Add I AB is an alternative investment fund managed by Slättö Förvaltning AB. The fund’s main focus is to develop and manage housing, warehouses, industry and logistics properties. The property portfolio and the project portfolio are located in the Stockholm region and regional cities in Sweden.
