Pursuant to the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting of Slättö Value Add I AB (publ) on 15 December 2022, the Board of Directors has resolved that the record date for the dividend of SEK 202.05 per Class C preference share (totaling SEK 49,999,697.10) shall be 19 December 2022.
In accordance with the resolution of the General Meeting of 15 December 2022, the Board of Directors has further resolved that the dividend of SEK 202.05 per Series C Preference Share shall be divided between the Return Preference Share and the repayment of the Investors’ Deposit (as defined in the shareholder agreement and articles of association relating to the Company) by (i) SEK 45,204,639.23 of the dividend being the Return Preference Share, and (ii) SEK 4,795,057.87 of the dividend being the repayment of the Investors’ Deposit.
